Online Return Policy
Our ONLINE RETURN POLICY is as follows:
- We offer store credit only on full-price merchandise and we do not issue refunds.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and are returned in original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.
- Items sold on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Jewelry, skincare and swim items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not returnable.
- Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- We monitor account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
All International orders are final sale. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered items outside of the USA. Any communication regarding a lost or undelivered package will be the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
