International/Domestic Return Policy
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
- ANYTHING PURCHASED ON SALE IS A FINAL SALE!
- We offer store credit only on full-price merchandise and we do not issue refunds.
-Any additional duties or taxes levied by your carrier or your country are your responsibility. The Blue Collection is not responsible or accountable for anything outside of the USA. International charges/taxes/duties are 100% the buyers responsibility. These change and vary with your shipping carrier and country.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and we have the right to charge a restocking fee if deemed appropriate.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and a restocking fee may be charged.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. Again, if discounted then the sale is final.
- Items sold on sale are not returnable or exchangeable. No exceptions.
- Jewelry, skincare, and intimates are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Shipping and handling charges are not returnable or refundable.
- Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
If a package is lost by UPS or USPS, it is the customers’ responsibility to file claims. You have the choice to select a shipping option that has tracking and insurance.
All International orders are final sale. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered items outside of the USA. Any communication regarding a lost or undelivered package will be the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Any duties or additional taxes are paid by the buyer and not The Blue Collection.
